Borup (1345), Albertslund, Denmark Jun 20, 2009 Bottle. Amber colour with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of hops and fruit, espically citrus. DruncanVeasey (2690), The Penguin’s Arms, Europe, Warwickshire, England Sep 24, 2008 Updated: Sep 27, 2008Strange one. Headless red/palate of squash. Aromas of a) an overly sugary, caramel-drenched commercial Flemish sour, b) a beer you opened and drunkenly forgot about, came downstairs and sniffed the following morning before deciding against having a sip (vinegar), and c) feet that haven’t been washed for 6 months (I’d imagine). Flavour strange but better- nothing more unpleasant than your typical caramelly pasteurised supermarket bitter. Actually some half-decent yeasty fruit and sweet Custard Cream maltiness in there. A decent effort, considering. fonefan (10868), VestJylland, Denmark Jul 6, 2008 Bottle 50cl. Clear medium amber color with a small, virtually none appearance, virtually none lancing, fully diminishing, head. Aroma is moderate fruity sweet, heather honey, light to moderate vinous. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (170508) KimJohansen (6645), Copenhagen V, Denmark Jun 1, 2008 Clear golden with tiny white head. Vague aroma with mild hoppy notes. Sweet fruity flavor with caramel, peach and apples. Almost no bitterness in the finish. yespr (11638), Copenhagen O, Denmark May 15, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with an off-white head. Mild citrusy hoppy aroma. Flavour is mild sweet citrus fruity. Very delicate hops flavour with a vague maltbase (obviously) but it seems in balance somehow. Mild sweet finish with a growing dry- and bitterness. cab (861), Denmark Jan 13, 2008 Bottle.33cl. Aroma like New carstel brown ale, sweet like hell and out off this world full of diacetyl. oh6gdx (8796), Vasa, Finland Aug 22, 2007 Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is sour berries, paper, oranges and hops. Flavour is overly riped fruits, flowery hops, paper and some spices. hughie (3016), Bedford, Bedfordshire, England Jul 14, 2007 Coppery amber. Sweet malt aroma. This was a brave attempt to produce a gluten free beer. Unfortunately the taste resembles nothing more than a shandy made with diet lemonade and a can of ’value’ beer’.
