May 30, 2008 Århus2008. 50 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a lacing white head. Light honey and mild spiced aroma. Flavour is mild floral and fruity with a light honey note. Flavour is mild herbal and sweet into the finish. Nice and easy, uncomplicated.

Dec 28, 2008 Bottle. Thanks hallinghansen. Clear golden colour with a medium white head. Malty bit hoppy aroma with honey notes. Some sourness as well. Sweet malt, honey and sweet balsamico in flavour.

Jul 11, 2007 Bottle. Again, having friends with allergy, make you open to this kind of beer. As they never can experience the more interesting styles of beer, you really appreciate that you are actually able to drink the good stuff. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Clear flat body with a pale yellow color. Spar lacework. Aroma of light sweet hops, elderflower, floral, grassy notes. Light sweet malty notes, caramel, grain, cookie like. Hint of citrus. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Flavor was balanced between light bitter and sweet notes with a hint of acidic. Light dry and bitter finish.

Oct 5, 2008 Bottle. Clear blond and very sweet.In fact the sweetness is overpowering. This sweetness lingers well after drinking. Aimed at a specialist market but one I definitely wouldn’t try again.

Clear light yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate sweet apple, toffee.
