Hoppy aroma. Bronze golden coloured and hoppy with some bitterness in a malt finish.

Dec 11, 2006 Cask@The Market Porter, Borough, London. Didn’t find this too hoppy at all. Some grainy malt, with a slightly citric, bitter hop character. Thought this was quite balanced between hop and malt.

Dec 5, 2006 Market Porter. Hoppy beer. Good English hops - bitter and earthy with a long lingering burr. Nice, but a little too rough for my taste.

Dec 4, 2006 Cask handpump, Market Porter. Copper colour with thin white head. Standard bitter. Nice malt/hop balance, with a great hop finish. Maybe a bit of stilton in there somewhere. Certainly the best bitter on show that evening.
