harrisoni (5382), Ashford, Kent, England Sep 21, 2008 Cask gravity at SIBA BF, Paddock Wood. Hazy copper, lots of raspberry flavour. Not a bad little bitter. Mes_and_Sim (4495), Highgate, Greater London, England Sep 12, 2008 A Mes rate: cask at the Hop Farm festival. Hazy golden brown with a thin white film. A little raw and appley on the nose with some slight peaty malt too. Sweet and fruity flavour with the peaty notes coming more to the front. Quite burnt and roasty. Interesting but not amazing. Appley finish brings back the roughness of the aroma. hughie (2286), Bedford, Bedfordshire, England May 24, 2008 Cask, gravity, at Cambridge Beer Festival ’08. Copper with a small white head. Faint sweet malt aroma, but there’s some cardboard in the taste, suggesting this was past its best. Some bitterness. chris_o (4409), London, Greater London, England Dec 18, 2006 Cask (gravity dispense) at Ealing Beer Festival, May 2006. Amber colour. A soft and sweetish best bitter. The emphasis is on fruity malt with just a slight citric tang. Straightforward, but decent enough.
Ubik (5), Worthing, England does not count Oct 2, 2006 Tasted at the brewery, and like most Hammerpot beers malt dominates with fruit in the background. Clean and in good condition.
