Oct 1, 2007 Out of the can at a bar in downtown San Jose, CA. You know it is a fine establishment when they serve cans of Hamms. Rather unpleasant, but drinkable I guess.

Sep 5, 2007 Overall this beer is like death. Why would anyone in theit right mind drink more than one of these beers. I drank it as a teen and had one at a bar on tap recently and had a highschool flash back of me praying to the porcelin gods. I got really sick drinkin this piss in a can they call a beer, Not from the alcohol but the taste.

Aug 5, 2007 Well. I traveled to another state and hit four different beer stores to find this beer for the husband. It has very very strong memories for him from his college days...I have heard about Hamms for years. He wanted this beer for a recent fishing trip with some old college friends...Many tries later we found some. A case for 4.99...WOW...So I finally got to try this beer...All I can say is I hope the memories are worth it because this is one nasty tasting beer. Truly. I rated it higher then the other bland american crap ONLY because this did have flavor. Just not GOOD flavor in my oppinion...Enjoy your beer and your memories dear.
