Sep 26, 2004 This is one of the worse beer I ever had in my whole life!!! Even Budweiser is better than this p!$$!!! Pours out awful p!$$ yellow color. Very watery. Gives me a bad headache when I drink it.

Sep 20, 2004 As a kid, I liked the bear on the old commercials. The bitter malt aroma brings back memories of church (Lutheran) picnics when the oldies would belly up to the bar to slam down this swill. Very cold, it’s drinkable. As it warms, it turns into a skunk. But I like the old bear.

Aug 24, 2004 I enjoyed this beer. It was a little too, shall we say "light" for me, but good. I drank a whole 12 pack. I would drink again.

Jul 31, 2004 at first taste, no flavor. Then, out of the blue, stale malts and stink. I just don’t get it... (the 5 in appearance is for the can...) Basically Special Export in better packaging...

Jul 20, 2004 The worst part is, I have to say this wasn’t the worst swill beer I’ve had...but knowing that I had Dark Knight at Barley Johns just a day before really makes you appreciate the beer spectrum...smooth...without soul...typical swill...not skunky though...there are certainly worse out there...

Cheap enough and better than what else you might get for the same price.
Poured light yellow with a slight head that actually stayed for a short while in my pilsner glass. Left just a tad of lacing toward the end. Light on flavor,. Carbonation wasn’t too bad. It was a tad refreshing on a warm day after having absolutely no beer whatsoever for about a week, and then that beer was worse thant this (Pabst Genuine Draft)..
