Nov 21, 2003 Metal, prossesed hops, mixture of hops and rice. DMS is everywhere and the metallic can will probably give me alzheimers. I wish I was drinking a good beer but this one is here in my hand. Hmmm, wish I could still trade this for spices and fine silks from the orient.

Nov 16, 2003 I just started drinking this beer this summer, now I cant quit. It is very light, refreshing, does not fill you up. It has been great to drink this summer in the afternoons, then throw something on the grill, goes great with any beef. I have even converted some of my neighbors to drinking Hamms.

Nov 12, 2003 Decided to review this beer..having seen it in the local Safeway for years but never had the courage to try it..bought in the 24 oz can for 99cents.
IIts appearance is very non-desript..there is a finger sized head for a minute or so after pouring , but it dissapears quicjk..leaving very little trace..the beer is a dark golden colour.
Hardly any smell at all just a hint of corn syrup maybe a small amount of malrt..but even this goes quick.
actually doesnt taste to bad for a cheapo very sweet though.
I suppoe this is drinkable enough on a hot summer day after yard work..but not one I will grab again.

Oct 17, 2003 Pours with a miniscule white head the totally disappears after only a few moments. Light golden in color, rather sparkling with many little bubbles, but that too slows to nothingness after a bit. Very light corn & straw aroma. Rather sweet flavor, but wow, is it overly carbonated! Underneath the carbonation, there is a certain velvety, almost ripened-fruity thing going on. I almost hate to admit it, but I actually enjoyed this!

Sep 19, 2003 Don't drink a beer named after a pork product. Classic commercials from yesteryear made me want to drink this. Pale and watery.

Sep 2, 2003 For being a beer that is cheaply made and cheaply packaged the result is suprisingly positive. Sometimes cheap can be mediocre.
