Nov 23, 2002 This is my cheap beer of choice. It’s got some taste to it for how cheap it is.
Maybe its the dang adds back in the 70’s just stuck in my head. Go for it over anything like Miller or Bud.

Nov 23, 2002 Adjuncts galore, but nothing offensive. Cheap, too. Tall, quickly disappearing head. Are there hops in here? Kudos for the best-looking can in the business and a cool former ad campaign.

Oct 19, 2002 Well, its got color, some taste, and alcohol. That’s about it. Poored most of it out last time I tried. Maybe a good beer to drink if one is out ice fishing.

Sep 22, 2002 Did a bit of a macro-tour at a friend’s house on a hot day...Aroma slightly hoppy and metallic (it is out of a can, afterall). Color standard yellow-gold issue with thin fizzy head. Flavor features light but bitter hops, robust carbonation and hint of adjunct sweetness. Finish is thinly hoppy and carbonation is still felt as it goes down. The redeeming quality is its price--not sacraficing much macro quality for what you get here for the dollar.
