Mar 22, 2008 Updated: May 31, 2008For another of the mass brewed it has much better taste then many of the other 55.000 gallon vat stuff. Goes down with a smoother taste then some like Bud, Blatz, Schlitz etc, Another better in a pinch then others.

Mar 13, 2008 Hard to imagine that with a 4 overall something could be overated. Its just not good, tastes like watered down sweat. And the commercial description is just lame, not even amusing. I am all about the retro swill, but this is just nasty.

Mar 5, 2008 its hamms. great cheap beer. greatest thing is, you buy a 30 pack and it costs like a 24 pack, maybe even an 18 pack. its like getting 6 free beers. not bad of a deal huh? its like any other cheap beer thats worth buying repeatedly, good with any food, good alone, good filler.

Feb 23, 2008 Updated: Jun 19, 2008Another big macro beer with just a little more character than most. One extra tenth of a point for the best beer ads in the 1960’s. Loved that bear and all his critter friends.
Update: Just had a couple yesterday. Nice head, good lacings. Decent flavor profile. A touch of bitter hops try to balance the sweet light malts. Enjoyed them both. Very sessionable. 6/19/08.

Feb 9, 2008 My father used to drink this stuff. I am not quite sure what he ever saw in it. It’s watery and tastes soapy.

Feb 3, 2008 Updated: Aug 24, 200812 oz can. Has a golden yellow color to it with a really thin white head. Has a grainy malt taste and aroma to it and is kind of watery. Overall, I like this beer as it is cheap and goes down easy. Plus the can is pretty neat looking.
