Jun 27, 2008 500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Bottle conditioned and nicely done by an experienced brewery. Typical Hampshire chocolate malt flavours. Nice. I have a real soft spot for Hampshire - their beers are always very tasty and very drinkable.

Nov 22, 2007 Bottle. Amber with an off-white foam. Aromas are nutty and earthy with toffee and chocolate malts. Wheat with some citrus. Flavours are toffee and weetabix malts with citrus and wheat. Clean hops with a woody finish.
Mungo (2474), Southampton, Hampshire, England
Apr 25, 2007 Cask conditioned @ Guide Dog, Soton. Sweet toffeish bitter with appley fruit. A little toastyness provides a boost in the middle but this seems overly sweet and stodgy in the finish.
