Commercial Description:
Cask; Occasional.
Brewed in the style of a Belgian Pale Ale. Using a high proportion of lager malt in the grist, the result is a light, refreshing, slightly grainy maltiness whilst the use of Northern Brewer and Golding hops give a distinctive pepper-spice hop aroma and a mellow, integrated hop complexity.

A little of everything here. Hoppy aroma and flavor, but with distinctive honey sweetness and a slight bitterness in the finish. Unlike a lot of typical English beers of this basic consistency, the palate here held up rather well. (Cask, Bookbinder’s pub, Jericho, oxford)
