Commercial Description:
We currently have an India Pale Lager, known as "Blasphemy" by I.P.A. and lager drinkers alike, in the fermenter. This lager was brewed with a hybrid mix of techniques, some lager based and some ale based. The grist and the hops are all I.P.A. The yeast and fermentation regimen are all lager.

Aroma: sweet crystal malt aroma, citrus and floral hops
Flavor: sweet malt flavor, lots of crystal sweetness, light balancing bitterness, lingering bitter finish
Overall: laggers make interesting but not too exciting IPAs
Aroma: 6/10; Appearance: 6/10; Flavor: 6/10; Palate: 5/10; Overall: 10/20
