Apr 20, 2008 Draft at brewpub. Beer poured clear and light. One of the staples along with Charlies and Peg Leg. Not much going on here. Lacks taste and body. Pretty much in the class of the macros.

Mar 13, 2008 The beer boured a clear yellow with a fair amount of frothy white head. It did not have much of an aroma--very faint bready and citrusy notes. It was very drinkable and was not overly carbonated. Initially, I really enjoyed the taste of the malts and the delicate hints of citrus. I could almost taste the sun quality. But after a while I lost my ability to pick up anything other than the bready taste in the beer, which set off my carb alarm. It was just too much. Had I not been eating french fried, this might not have been an issue, but I don’t know.

Dec 7, 2007 Draft at brewpub, pours a clear yellow with a white head. Has hints of citrus, spices, some hops. Finishes light and clean on the palate.

Oct 21, 2007 Draft sample at Knoxville Brew Jam. Poured a clear pale color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus hoppy aroma. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Drinkable brew.

Jul 22, 2007 on tap @HopfestNC-pours a white head and pale yellow color. Aroma is faint grain. Taste is sweet faint grain, secondary light/faint hops. OK carbonation.

Feb 9, 2007 Sampled at the pop the cap beer dinner in Charlotte. Believe this was off the tap as well. Pours out a golden color with a white head. Smell is fruity and grassy with some slight hints of hops. Taste is sweet and refreshing, an excellent choice to go with some seafood. Crisp and refreshing, something I would like to have a tap of in my garage for summer time. Not bad at all!
