Commercial Description:
West coast style IPA. Brewed with pilsner and caramel malt, the hops are the real draw here. Amarillo, Glacier and Summit hops lend the bitterness and flavor to this ale. The tangerine/citrus aroma is from a healthy dose of Simcoe hops for the dry hops.

Tap at brewpub. Nice light appearance with a suttle hoppy aroma. Taste is simliar to a West Coast IPA. This is a more toned down version of the Double Peg Leg you can get at Ham’s.

Light Gold - so light, in fact, that The Bride assumed it was a blonde ale or a kolsch. Nice aroma of sticky, wet hops. Nicely thin bodied - very quaffable. Lots of citrus, grapefruit, and a touch of pine. Really enjoyable, actually. Sampled at Brewgrass 2009.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear light amber color with a medium head. Average head retention and lacing. Floral hop aroma with some resiny notes. Taste is earthy, herbal and resiny hops with some citrus. Medium bodied.
