Bottle. [thanks dad]
Pours hazy golden with a small, creamy, white head. Quickly becomes a thin film. Aroma is sweet, malty, chewy, alcohol. Medium carbonation, fat and oily mouthfeel. Flavour is very sweet, malty, some brewing cereal, sugar and quite powerful alcohol.

Golden, small white head that grows smaller quite fast. vienna style aroma, also some fruits, and quite boozy too. alcohol might actually be the dominant aroma. (served at about 15deg.celc) flavor is strong boozy, fruity, corn, sligthly bitter from the alc. seems to me the alc% is way higher than what the rest of the beer can provide as balance.

16-NOV-2009, bottle @DØE møde, Vanløse. Golden, no head at all!!! No aroma (almost). A little sweetness, very low carbonation, alcoholic. Beer for getting drunk - and that is a purpose as well;-) No X-mas at all, and this is the first of a flight of 15 X-mas brews, so no panik, but just major dissappointment.

Bottle at home. Claer golden with a white ehad. Aroma moderate malty, caramel, and hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet and bitter. Full body. Not much Christmas over that, but a nice strong lager.
