Nov 5, 2009 Bottled a hazy golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of brewmash and a bit of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, minerals, and brewmash, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Oct 27, 2009 Golden with a thick head and nice sparkle. Spicy hop aroma. Malt character is lightly bready. The hops are light, spicy but low on bitterness. The best of the Hanoi beer line.

Oct 23, 2009 Bottle. Room temperature. Pale gold. Lots of rising bubbles. Good head retention. Aroma is brisk and floral. Palate is smooth and the flavors are chrysanthemum. Very nice for a macro pale lager.
