The beer had a clear gold color with a good-sized, foamy white head with good retention and a lot of cling. Its aroma was largely grainy and hoppy with maybe a bit of pine, and some barley and malt. It had a sour, malty taste with a bitter grainy effect as well; no sweetness. The beer had a grainy texture and was dry with a thinner feel but ample carbonation and a touch of wetness. Not a particularly exciting beer, but it was ok. pnista (1008), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
