The beer starts dry, a bit scratchy. The finish is vapid, a bit metallically. Not so good! theshocker (329), Marietta, Georgia, USA

The expiration date of 10/09/09 makes me think its fresh. I don’t know why actually, because that expiration date is so absurdly far off that its meaningless who knows when its actually bottled. It does taste fresh though, and it has that mineraly finish that a dortmunder should. Finishes smooth, really not bad. I think some of your beer snobs protest too much. Also has a nice little everlasting head. I probably wouldn’t buy it again, but its ok. Thylacine (267), Tasmania, Australia

Una de las tantas cervezas que no son feas pero son tan comunes que es dificil recordar a que sabian 10 minutos despues de haberlas tomado. PetetheMeat (549), Hove, Denmark
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jun 24, 2008 Golden, clear. White lasting head. Sweetish aroma, maize like, notes of hops. Sweet flavour too. Malty. Somewhat hoppy finish. Boring. Unidimensional. Had plenty of these in my teens - mainly because they were cheaper than Carlsberg and had a higher ABV. Todeon (315), Sweden

fizzy, pale yellow pour...tons of carbonation running through this thing...off white head, about 1.5 fingers thick...no retention and very weak drip lacing...immediate nose of skunky hops, smells like a Cannabis plant...beyond that sweet cereal grains, lemon grass, citrus fruits and some grassy notes...flavor is similar, skunk disappears thankfully, what’s left is a too sweet Pils, with a ton of cereal grain and sickly sweet fruit...dries up a bit on the back after repeated sips...light bodied, crisp and drinkable...finish is muted hops, wet cardboard, some grains and citrus...
Could be refreshing on the hottest of days, I guess, but I would look a lot of other places before ever coming back to this. Nothing offensive about it, just bland and middling.
