martinboer (1308), Amsterdam, Netherlands Aug 16, 2008 Can in Amsterdam. Nice yellow body with fast-forming head. Skunky, grassy nose. Taste of malt, some caramel. Sweet finish. Better than I had expected, really. Tmoney99 (3503), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Mar 6, 2008 Can 12 oz from buddy in Michigan. Poured clear amber color with an average white frothy head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Light grassy aroma. Light to medium body with thin texture. Medium sweet grainy flavor with medium sweet finish of short duration. Below average beer. Ibrew2or3 (1648), Safety Harbor, Florida, USA Mar 1, 2008 Courtesy of Degarth. Pours the consistency of urine yellow just barely blotting out Quake1028’s image with thin white head. Mild aroma of sweet pale grains and faint floral hops. Sweet sweet pale malts dominate the mild flavor to start followed by vague hoppiness that is neither bitter or too flavorful but is trying in vein to be floral. It ends with fading notes of sweet malts, cereal, vague hoppiness and some faint metal notes. ShaneyMac (7), Unna, Germany does not count Feb 25, 2008 Ein deutsches Billig-Bier, dass ich zur Schulzeit getrunken habe, weil es günstig war...und ich brauchte das Geld. Schlecht, aber es geht wahrlich noch schlechter! Das Amerikanische Budweiser ist zum Beispiel noch schlechter! imdownthepub (3995), Banbury, Oxfordshire, Oxfordshire, England Jan 21, 2008 Bottled, 500ml, pasteurised from Aldi, Banbury. Straw colour with fizzed white head. Sharp malty with carbonized wet cardboard taste, tinny, metallic. Some boiled hop notes, certainly not a great (or good0 beer.
