| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Oct 11, 2005 Bottled: Looks ok - clean gold with a medium head. Small bubbles with reasonable carbonation. Some grassy hop aroma with a thin malt presence and some bitterness in the finish. OK, if on special ($12 buck a six pack). MorganDavis (17), Ballarat, Australia
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Sep 2, 2005 I was a bit alarmed by the sqeaky noises the bottles made against each other as I carried them. 6 500ml bottles for AU$15. Not too bad. I like this. Very moreish, and before I knew it, i had none left. I think I prefer this to Pilsner Urquell. Worth buying again. Papsoe (14996), Frederiksberg, Denmark

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 22, 2005 (bottle) Clear golden colour with a medium foamy white head. Grassy hoppy nose with a tinge of malts. Medium body, soft sweet flavour. Malty and a bit fruity taste with a dry and crispy, slightly hoppy finish. A clean and well-made cheap beer with a good price-pleasure ratio. pivnizub (5014), Bochum, Porúří, Germany
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jun 16, 2005 Attention, cheap bottle ! Clear golden, big rocky white head, long lasting; only very shy aroma, some traces of malts (and yeast?), nearly no hops; weak malty beginning, light bitter sweet flavour, weak bitter finish; refreshing (when You are thirsty), drinkable, but not really bad. | 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | May 30, 2005 It’s not bad, except, uh, somebody forgot the hops. Looks nice, smells OK and has a decent feel and finish, but without the hops, it can’t compare to the better pils out there ALLOVATE (1126), Perth, Australia
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 6, 2005 After downing an Oranjeboom this one seemed quite enjoyable, but alas it was just my taste buds re-awakening after earlier falling asleep. Poured into a large tulip, a short dense white head formed atop a typically clear gold body. Fresh cut lemons and light fruity esters in the aroma, with a hint of honey. In the mouth, the sweetness of the pale malt dominated the palate, off balancing the lemon and citric hop tones barely noticeable in the back. Medium-light bodied and medium in carbonation, it finishes with a dry, cereal grain swallow. A little undemanding and macro-standard, but it seemed quite clean and ’brain dead’ refreshing. Just another Lager, really!! farmboy (218), Barwon Heads, Australia
