Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin reddish head. The aroma has notes of black currant, acetone, wood, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of black currant juice and brettanomyces, and with an acidity hitting late and burning in the top of the throat. Huge thanks to KimJohansen for sharing.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours an almost clear deep red with no head. Aroma is rich on Barnyard, horse blanket and Brett with a light whiff of black currant. Medium body, completely flat, Brett accents, light black currant accents and some acetone making me cough. 270609

Bottled@Fonefan. Ruby red colour with basically no head. Aroma is sour blackberries with some sour wood. Flavour is brutally dry black berries. Extremely nice. I am out of words. .

Draught cassislambik. Purple colour. Flat. Slightly balsamic with lots of fruit. Bold, curranty taste bursts with fruit. Slightly phenolic as well. A big, fruity, dry finish with a light wood accent.

Unclear red with a medium off white head, aroma had barnyard with leather and wood notes. Flavour was very sour with black currants, barnyard and wood. Finished sour.I love it.

A Mes rate. Barrel at the Weekend of Tarts.
A very clean blood red colour. Cassis syrup, slight nail polish, great fruit just slightly astringent. Again, a little too acid to really get excited about. A very clean finish with plenty of length. Really good but cassis is not usually my thing.
