The aroma has notes of black currant, acetone, wood, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of black currant juice and brettanomyces, and with an acidity hitting late and burning in the top of the throat. Huge thanks to KimJohansen for sharing. Cassis syrup, slight nail polish, great fruit just slightly astringent. Again, a little too acid to really get excited about. A very clean finish with plenty of length. Really good but cassis is not usually my thing.
