37.5 cL bottle, courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours clear and deep red golden with a small to almost gone white head. Vague acetone and crisp raspberry aroma. Light butterish touch. Solid acetone flavoured, mild butterish and crisp raspberry flavoured. Acidic and crisp finish. Lasting raspberry crisp finish.

A Mes rate. Barrel at the Weekend of Tarts.
A very clean candy apple red colour with a faint brown hue. A simply amazing colour. Extremely fruity on the nose. Almost medicinal and quite astringent. Possibly a little over the top for me. The flavour is much better. Tart and fruity as hell. VERY acidic, close to undrinkable but my God it’s good. Massively tart and sour. No juice, just acidic dry madness. Full on red wine vinegar. Certainly too much for some. I loved it.

clear red, no head aroma is nail polish remover, framboise, faint citrus. too much nail polish remover flavor is too much nail polish remover, then cherries, very very dry, beneath the gentle sweetness is a very strong acid flavor, that can be felt more than it can be tasted. you’ll notice it in the throat after swallowing it.

Bottled@Fonefan. Ruby red colour, not much head. Aroma is raspberry with very brutally sour notes. Floavour is extremely brutal dry, tart and sour raspberries along with dry wood. Extremely brutal bier, even though not that "complex".’kin hell, Warning: this beer will ruin your palate for the rest of the evening. Good thing this was the last beer at Fonefan for this visit.

Deep purplish red colour. Metallic, slightly sulphury aroma with raspberry notes. Intense, stinging sourness, with some phenol and a jammy fruit character. A little bit sweet in the finish.

Bottle. Clear red with a tiny white head. Aroma had acetone, sour and very fresh raspberries, barnyard and woody notes. Flavour had loads of acetone/lacto, barnyard, wood and a ton of fresh raspberries, Finished very sour and it burned all the way down. Love it!
