Poured a murky ruby red color with no head but red stain left on the side of the glass. Aroma of tart cherries, vanilla, oak, cherry pie, and a bit of toasted malt. Taste of sour cherries, pie crust, some vanilla, sticky pie filling, and a sour, wild finish.

Draught @ WSF. Deep red with no head. Sweet, sour cherry candy nose with a taste to match. Some yeasty barnyard notes in there also. Next...6/3/6/3/15
Re-rate:
Draught @ The Cad’s Lambic Disco in The Rake. My top pick of the bunch, so good it needed an update. Same looks as above but the cherries just wowed me. Tart and tangy like a pickled jolly rancher candy with some subtle sweetness and a long puckering finish. Not as funky as at WSF which really let the fruit shine. Awesome!

Draught@The Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation. Some pot pouri in the aroma, mixed with some farmyard funk and some noticable acidity. Palate showed some iron and blood and some fleshy cherry notes. Pretty decent. liked this a lot.

Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 07. Rich ruby, nose is cherries and urinal cakes. The cherries are juicy, the cakes are not. Flavor is acidic dry cherry, lemon, various fruit punch notes. Bitter finish w. a slight hint of juicy juice.

Draught. Ruby red colour, no head. Cherry, some vinegar and grassyness in aroma. Flavour is barnyardish, cherries and very sour. Yet very pleasant.
