Bottled, courtesy of joergen @Akkurat. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Sour grapefruit aroma - very Cantillon like. Grassy, sour, fruity, notes of mead (honey), earthy.

Bottle sampled. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of fruit, bread, and yeast. The flavor is sour, smooth alcohol, fruit, and candy sugar. Ok Body, just an ok brew.

Bottle. Poured hazy copper color with a minimal frothy white head that diminished slowly with no lacing. Moderate sour citrus and cider aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium sour flavor with a sour finish of moderate duration. This beer did not meet my expectations.

Pours an unclear dark yellow with a frothy head. Aroma is sweet honey, funky. Taste is sour and sweet honey, some funky brett. A weird mix

After an uneventful cork-pop, this brew poured a lightly carbonated, bright orange body beneath a fizz-away head. Highly vinous aroma with notes of apple, mild funk, spoilt yogurt and moldy cheese. I expected much worse from the flavor, but the two styles actually play well off of each other. Tart flavors dominate with grapefruit, apple and an overall wine/vinegar persona. A slick mouthfeel turns astringent, sourness lingers and there is a mild, ciderish burn to the gullet. Not quite my cup of tea, but truly not that bad.

Style 68/70 Bottle from beastiefan2k; Thanks for helping me find this! Blew the cork to the ceiling but the beer stayed put and didn’t foam, Poured down the glass side and got 1.5" beer and 5" of head, hazy gold with off white head, nose was slightly tart apricot and honey, flavor was just slightlt tart, not what I expected with 70% gueuze, it was fruity with spice and apricots.
