Bottle 375ml.
Unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is citrus - lemon, barnyard, honey. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and vinegar notes with a long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [260908]

Bottle. Pours a golden body with a thin off white head. Sour gueuze vinegar with honey accents well masked. Im not sure these should go together but an interesting concept. Lightly acidic wood, brett and an underlying honey sweetness. Odd ball.

Bottle shared by heykevin. Poured a hazy medium orange color. The head was off white head and left some lace on the glass. Attractive aroma of funk and apple pie. Medium bodied with mild lingering acidity and lowish carbonation. Fruity flavors like apple and cherry predominated with some spices at the end.

The aroma is sour, oaky, dusty, with funky yeast, honey, and bacteria. The appearance is cloudy orange with no head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin and flat. Overall its horrible with no redeeming qualities.

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy golden with a small, off-white head leaving laces. Very tart Brett aroma. Medium body, tart Brett accents with a discreet sweetness and an earthy edge. Finishes smooth and soft. Quite a well made blend. 201008
