An unclear dark orange beer with a huge head. The aroma is sour with notes of oranges. The flavor is tasting of exactly what it is: a mixture of a Gueueze and Mead. It is sweet with notes of flowers and honey as well as sour with notes of grapefruit. A wonderful beer - more of this please.

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy golden with a small, off-white head leaving laces. Very tart Brett aroma. Medium body, tart Brett accents with a discreet sweetness and an earthy edge. Finishes smooth and soft. Quite a well made blend. 201008

Bottled. Hazy pale yellow. Honey aroma. Funny combination with the sweet, eucalypthus-like honey and the really tart gueuze. There are some pine needles and a very dry acidic finish. This is a blending of two good things that doesn’t work- It feels like I’m drinking two liquids at one time.

37.5 cL bottle. pours hazy orange with a fizzy white head. Dry and cheesy wooden aroma with a distinct yeasty note. Dry and wooden meady flavour with a distinct sulphorish note. Dry and citric dry finish. Nice and smooth.

Bottle 375ml.
Unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is citrus - lemon, barnyard, honey. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and vinegar notes with a long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [260908]

Bottled (9% ABV, thanks to joergen & co). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is a mix of mead (the honey) and gueuze. Flavour is honey and sourness. Strange mix, a lovely idea, which works quite well, atleast for me.

Cloudy blonde. Aroma is a strange mix of brett and mead. So fizzy, I can hardly taste anything. First brett, followed by bizarro sweetness and then more sour. The flavours just don’t co-exist.
