Hazy orange gold color with no head. Thin to medium body with very light and smooth carbonation. The flavor is only mildly sour, and there is definitely strawberry - but not like that of a sweet fruit lambic. This is really rather dry, and the sour is accompanied by strawberry to the finish. The lasting taste is something like strawberry seeds. Seems a bit acidic - like lots of vitamin C. It all smooths and blends as time goes by. nolankowal (854), Columbus, Ohio, USA

Pours golden and clear orange with no head. Aroma is dry, woody, horseblanket and barnyard. Flavour is quite dry and a distinct acidity towards the finish. Finish holds a real heavy citric feel, very dry and acidic finish. Lacks some complexity and refinement to be fantastic.7-4-7-4-15
37.5 cL bottle, thanks to BelJohansen. Pours hazy yellow to orange with no head. Clean strawberry and horseblanket aroma. Flavour holds a nice strawberry flavour to a classic lambic flavour of horseblanket and a slight dry woodynote into the finish. Very nicely balanced and mild. 7-4-8-4-15 RblWthACoz (963), Brooklyn, New York, USA

Great lambic yeasty funk. Flavor is so smooth. Gentle strawberries mixed with mild lambic tones. I think this is a pretty good lambic with a lot of strawberries mixed in. Almosta bit too fruity. Feel is very low on carbonation. Slick feel on liquid.Very drinkable, but almost more of a fruit beer than a serious lambic to me. SDalkoholic (1196), Chula Vista, California, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 26, 2007 Purchased at South Bay Drugs and Liquor in the south bay of San Diego. This lambic created no form of head or foam and sat as a heavy liquid in equilibrium of sediment. From the aroma, a small and delicate olfaction of strawberry is detected. The flavor put my taste buds into shock just like a sour tart would because it is so strongly carried by sourness it completely drowns out any sign of fruit or the strawberry I was mislead to believe in. No wonder why it couldn’t create a head because I would safely say the acidic level of this beer is below a 7 on a pH (Potential Hydrogen) scale. Wow, is my initial thought after each sip and that’s probably the best word to sum this drink up in one single word. Beershine (2710), Traipsing Around, Cambodia

Exceptional character and a body that carries everywhere in your mouth. Intense. The kind of beer I feel I’m having a conversation with. Unique flavors and a typical Hanssens funk. Finishes with a light sparkle of strawberry. MI2CA (1266), Noblesville, Indiana, USA
