(bottle) pours a lightly hazy orange colour with no head but a few tiny bubbles. aroma has intense funk and dry spices in the foreground, with some mild cheese and a hint of strawberries lurking underneath. flavour is the same, with lots of citrus and a hint of barnyard, some medicinal notes and more cheese, strawberries are still there but very faint. medium body with gentle carbonation and a very tangy, sour finish.

Pours bright amber with no head and very little carbonation. Funky aroma with notes of oak, cheese, vinegar and mild strawberry notes. Flavor is sharply tart, with notes of funky cheese, oak, lemon, and a slight mustiness. Strawberry and oak in the finish, with just a touch of sweetness. (375 ml bottle, 2000 vintage)

bottle from ’streekproducten’-shop in Halle, no head at all and no sparkles. Orange/dark yellow colour. Smell: sour and wood. Taste:a good balance between sour and sweet, strawberrie notes, wood, grapefruit. Easy drinking and young lambic. For me a very subtile beer!

Bottle. Pours a golden amber color with no head - none. Aroma is citrus, Belgian "funk" and slight woody notes. Taste is all tart up front with a solid oak and slight strawberry aftertaste. Nice and funky, though I’ve been aging it for a year and it seems to have mellowed the beer slightly. Well done!

Bottle at The Erasmus, Bruges. I love this place. A nice amount of tart sourness to balance off the sweet fruit aroma. Definite strawberry. Smooth and sweet. Very nice, very refreshing.

Pours a dark apricot color. The sour and funky flavors are not too overpowering in the nose. The first sip tastes bitter like a citrus fruit peel. The acidic flavors permeate after and the vinegar flavors are present with barn yard funkyness finishes nicely. Perfect summer lambic.

Inert orange pour with a slight red tint. No head. Cloudy and misty throughout. Strong tart acidic aroma with vinegar and a noticeable strawberry note. Typical lambic funk as well. Very sour with a slight woody strawberry aftertaste. Earthy and funky. Good lambic with a nice subtle fruit flavor.

This is a bit of a funk monster. Geourgous hazy orange/honey color. No carbonation I could find. Sour, vineager, citrius peel and pith on the nose, followed by sour flavors of underripe orange peel, pitch, vineager, and a bit more vineager ont he finish. No strawberry notes that I could find. The mouth feel was pleasant. I was really hoping for some a little strawberry, but couldn’t find any. Oh well. This certainly isn’t for the faint of heart or casuale Lindemans Framboise drinker. If you don’t like tart/bitter stay away. I liked it!
