Very old looking bottle, a simple black & white lable, not like the one pictured. Cork says SB07 on it, if that means anything...no dating on the lable. Pours a deep copper...more tangerine actually...no head, just the faintest hint of bubbles, somewhat cloudy and ripe looking beer. Floral, fruity nose reveals a bit of strawberry and dense funk. Tart and luscious beer, acidity not overbearing, but impressive. Nice body on this one too...Pretty much a joy to drink Styles (1653), Lincoln Park, Michigan, USA

Yellowish/orange, no head whatsoever. Aroma very sour up front, musty background, hints of cork. Flavor is lemon like sour, not quite mouth puckering, musty cork in the finish. Decent overall. dm9831 (1167), Monee, Illinois, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/20 | Jul 4, 2005 very funky musty organic smell assaulted my nose. it pours a cloudy gold with a slight head. a hint of strawberry offsets the sour, and it slides slickly down the throat. this was a very unsettling experience, even once i got past the nose. r464 (285), Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Jul 2, 2005 Bottle marked 2000. Hazy golden color with a rosiness to it and a lack of any sort of head. The fruity, sour aroma is distinctly lambic. At first, you taste the fruity strawberry flavor, but you are soon hit with a huge sourness and acidity that throws the fruit flavor well into the background. At the finish you can feel the strawberry return and a dryness with the acidity lingering. Although the sourness is quick to arrive and quick to depart, I hesitate to take another sip. Disappointing. | 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jun 22, 2005 Bottle: Year 2000. Real sour and tart aroma. As my senses adapt and get past the sourness, sweet strawberries start to come thru. Pours a mostly transparent orange with only a few bubbles for a head. Very sour and tart. Strawberries come in the finish and aftertaste as their flavor lingers just a tad longer than the sourness. Excellent! CapFlu (3483), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada

Nose of modelling glue and peaches. Very vinegar and mildly fruity. This brings me happiness! Thanks Lubiere. Lubiere (4528), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Pleasantly sour with notes of berries, and light points of vinager. Lighter bodied but very refreshing! Enjoyable. Bought at Hanssens, April 2005. schuimkroaat (395), Leuven, Belgium
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 29, 2005 37.5 cl bottle, bbe Aug 2018. Nicely amber coloured, a thick multitude of tiny bubbles which slowly travel towards the surface, just a ’wee bit’ of sediment, no head. Alcoholic cherry candies and rotten fruit in the aroma. The flavour is sour, sherry-like, a bit metallic and just slightly fruity. Greasy palate.
