| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Mar 23, 2005 Foul. Hazy brown/orange without a head. Aroma was overly ripened strawberries, verging on rotting. The flavor wasn’t much of an improvement on that. Very sour and the strawberries take a back seat to that sourness and rancidity. Bad stuff. | 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Mar 18, 2005 This is great. Acidic and sweet. A perfect beer with so many aspects. Natural delicious strawberry taste, greatly combined with medium sourness. This is really a unique and perfect summer beer. Kevin (1920), Colorado, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 1/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Mar 4, 2005 Pours a very clear, golden orange with no head at all--not what I’m looking for from a lambic. Nose is laden with brett--mostly hay, some earth, horseblanket and so on. Only mildly sour and lack of sediment leads me to believe they stopped fermentation on this and artificially carbonated it after sweetening. Strawberries are very there but not dominating by any means along with a earthy funk. Palate is very tame, almost flat. This is OK--halfway between dreck like Lindeman’s and the good stuff. ante (2969), Stockholm, Sweden
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 18, 2005 hazy light red and orange appearance. No head. Naural, acidic, fruity and deep aroma of raspberries, cloudberries, earth, leather and hay. Acidic flavour of strawberries with a long aftertaste of leather. Good! | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Feb 13, 2005 LE 2000 bottle: Slightly hazed medium golden hue with no head or lace. The aroma has that funky yeast character I expected with barnyard notes and soured fruit (the sweeter Strawberry aroma is subdued) and noticeable bretta. The taste is let down as the strawberry flavor do not mesh with the other lambic characteristics. It is only during the aftertaste that the beer displays the sharp and clean pucker factor I was hoping for. I wanted to like this but it was a big mess on my palate. | 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 10, 2005 Gold color; no head. Abricot jam aroma; light mold and wood. Sour with more residual sweetness than others. Ok, I like sour beers, but this one is odd… (a Gueuze plus some artificiality…) kook (2034), Perth, Western Australia, Australia
