Jul 7, 2009 2000 Bottle I think, at least thats what the label says. Minimal hiss from the cork. Near clear gold with no head at all. Aroma of cork, funk, dried up strawberries, and wet autumn leaves. Taste is sour and cellary with some nice sweet’n’sour strawberry and honey notes, with lemony sour wild yeast citrus. Very nice. Near still mouthfeel, which is not really what I want.

Jul 1, 2009 Bottle@Carlsens Kvarter, Odense. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is fruity with notes of yeast, musty cellar, tartness and spice. The flavour is mildly sour with notes of spices and fruit. Refreshing..

Jun 30, 2009 Golden color with a sour/funky nose that features some strawberry and assorted wild fruits. Nice acidic-tart bite with some gentle strawberries, maybe some oak, and a solid sour finish. Overall a nice fruit lambic.

Jun 24, 2009 (Bottle, Akkurat, Stockholm, 17 June 2009) Cloudy copper colour with brief head. Fruity, tart nose with strawberries and dusty hints of stable. Fruity, tart taste with notes of strawberries, horse blanket, stable and cloudberries. Solid, dry acidity throughout with a decent fruit character. Dry, harsh, tart and very tasty. Excellent beer!

Jun 22, 2009 hazy golden with mild carbonation. nose of classic lambic sourness. flavor with a strong sourness, but not overwhelming and some lingering strawberry flavor towards the end, which provides some sweetness. a refreshing brew that impressively draws a solid amount of strawberry flavor

Jun 22, 2009 Bottle at the London Drinker BF. Pale orange and slightly hazy. Acidic nose with just a hint of over ripe strawberries. Very fresh mouthfeel, balanced acidity and delicious strawberry flavour all the way through to the finish. A remarkable thirst quencher.

Jun 20, 2009 Lovely jubbly. Nicely tart and fruity. Has some great woodiness to it and the strawberries are very dainty, much like the carbonation.
