The color is a dark orange and it has no head. The flavor is sweet though sour so the mouthwater starts running. It has strawberry notes on a lovely lambic background which lends itself to a dry woody lambic end. All in all a wonderful flavor in a fantastic beer. Papsoe (14996), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 29, 2005 (Bottle 37,5 cl) I would’ve believed that the more subtle strawberry flavours would be completely buried by the tart lambic, but that was fortunately not the case. Initial strawberry aroma, disturbed by some vinegary touches. Strawberry aroma, even sweetness, held completely in check by the sour lambic. But a well made fruit beer. 290602 omhper (12224), Stockholm, Sweden
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 2, 2002 Pale orange and slightly hazy. Acidic nose with just a hint of over ripe strawberries. Very fresh mouthfeel, balanced acidity and delicious strawberry flavour all the way through to the finish. A remarkable thirst quencher. yespr (12173), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Pours golden and clear orange with no head. Aroma is dry, woody, horseblanket and barnyard. Flavour is quite dry and a distinct acidity towards the finish. Finish holds a real heavy citric feel, very dry and acidic finish. Lacks some complexity and refinement to be fantastic.7-4-7-4-15

Very funky, acidic aroma, some old cheese and old feet with a hint of sweet fruit. Almost clear copper colour, small white head. Quite flat. Sour flavour with an earthy aftertaste. It is hard to trace, but there is a little sweet fruitiness behind the sourness. A bit vinegary, burning slightly at my throat. oh6gdx (8839), Vasa, Finland
