Arôme: Odeur d’agrumes et de malt avec une pointe de coriandre Apparence: La couleur est blonde dorée avec une moyenne densité de bulle. Présence d’un énorme col mousseux sculptural avec une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’houblon floral, de levures et d’épices. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement onctueuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Présence d’agrumes en arrière goût. (Rating #862)

Jan 19, 2007 Wildly foaming hazy gold pour, in the appropriate receptacle. Almost Witbier hazy, in fact. Apricot-fruity snout with a hint of herbal woodiness about it. Honey and hops. But a faintly smoky, strangely antiseptic note also. Smooth and creamy, but with a warming booziness. Sweet, soft and malty like Duvel, but somehow lacking that brew’s finesse. Still a pretty decent Flanders shandy.

Dec 15, 2006 Bright yellow gold color, with a frothy white head, with a smooth sweet pale malt nose, with a hint of honey, ripe apples, pears fruitiness, faint hops note in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a spritzy sweet pale malt character, soft flowery hops accent, nice bubbling carbonation, with an honeyish alcoholic warmth mouthfeeling, leading towards a floral hops bitterness, and an alcoholic finish.

Nov 1, 2006 0.33l bottle at home. Hazy yellow color with inch tick head that diminished quickly, quite carbonated. Nice long lasting lace on the glass. Aroma of malt and hops, light sweet taste with slight bitter finish. Quite good.
