The aroma was floral with some sweat and paper. The taste was sour with some pears and earthy sweat. There was cinnamon spice along with a buttery finish. Certainly interesting. xnoxhatex (1305), Grand Rapids/Chicago, Michigan, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 15, 2008 33cl from Belgium. Clear yellow with huge fizzy white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty, a little alc but not over the top, very nice. Fruity, yeasty, quite a large noble hop presence, very nice. Medium body with nice carbonation. This has a very nice fruit presence and you can’t taste the alc presence at all. This tastes a whole lot better than I rated it. ha1ag (423), Maastricht, Netherlands

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Apr 9, 2008 Bottle, from imdownthepub. Thanks Glen! Warm gold pour, nice clean white cap of foam. Strong honey-focused aroma with a bit of fresh hay and blackberry.
Sherry sweet flavor, cloves, chalk, a bit of a sticky-sweet finish, in spite of the lively carbonation which seems like it should help. Lots of flavor volume here, but a bit sticky and unfocused. Bit disappointed that the label’s promise of lots of Saaz didn’t quite seem to show. weaselkenievil (738), Cheshire, England
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 8, 2008 Bottle at Belgo in London. Cloudy gold type colour with a big head, like Tony Robbins that bullshit guru. Feel a bit let down, like I’d like to do to Tony Robbins head. Thought it was a little average. Malty, some fruits. Not bad like the girl who had a little curl, but not good like the prawns in garlic they have not got on the menu tonight. Bastards. KimJohansen (7126), Copenhagen V, Denmark

Sweet vinious flavor with yeast, peach and orange peel notes. Ends sweet. thewolf (5796), Kolding, Denmark

Pours hazy pale yellow with a great, big, frothy white head with super lacing. Aroma is sweet, lightly fruity (mostly oranges) and weak caramel. Nice, creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is soft, quite vinious, sweet, a touch metallic, yeast, biscuits and sweet doughy malts. Okay beer.
