Sep 21, 2008 12oz bottle courtesy of mother in law. Lack luster aroma of malt. Amber body with white head. Flavor was sweet but bitter was more overpowering. Did belch after beer was finished and a caramel aftertaste was present. So the malt was there but didn’t show uo in aroma and flavor. Odd

Aug 7, 2008 12 oz. bottle courtesy of Bockyhorsey - Pours a hazy amber color with a 1/2 finger thick light tan head. very light spotty lacing. Has a very light hop and carmel malt aroma. Flavor is hops, light esters, and a touch of malt. Light to medium body. A decent beer. Thanks Bill.

Jun 1, 2008 Amber with thin white head. Aroma of light caramel, sweet malt and light fruit. Taste is more of the same wrapped up in a semi-thin body with a malty consistency. Finishes a little spicy.

May 15, 2008 12oz bottle. Poured a clear medium orange color. Head was bubbly and off white. A bit of lace was left behind. Smelled of subdued cherry with a whiff of malt (ala chocolate and molasses). Light bodied and slightly sweet on the tongue. There was also a dash of salt. I tasted white paper, Ritz crackers, leather, and some milk chocolate. Carbonation was on the higher end of the spectrum. They must have forgotten to add the "assertive hops" to the boil, as there wasn’t much in the way of hop aroma or flavor. Not a good beer.
