(Bottle 35,5 cl) Beautiful, clear fully golden with a small, vaguely creamy head. Fresh, lightly sour apple aroma. Distinct, lightly sweet apple notes. Nice harmony between sweetness and acid. 291005

I can’t drink this cider. The finish reminds me so much of the taste of blood it makes me sick. Gross.

Pours a nice golden with no head. Aroma is apple juice, very little hint of fermentation in the nose. Taste is tart, sour apple with acidic brightness. Light bodied and lightly carbonated. Finishes rather flat and dry.

On tap at the maryland renaissance faire. There is a little something interesting in the nose. A pleasant aroma. The taste is something different. There is almost no sweetness to this brew. The apple flavor comes off far too sour and all you can think of when sampling this cider is "how much longer till I finish this plastic cup full of sour apple piss". Not a good hard cider at all.

golden color w/ absolutely no head. smell of apple cider, like apple juice w/ alcohol.

Smells lovely, just like fresh apples. First impression was excellent, but then it took a quick nosedive into cidery nastiness. Why drink alcoholic cider, I’d rather have it plain.

Goldish Yellow, no head. Surprisingly faint aroma of apples and maybe some lemon. Fizzy, clean flavor of sour apple, cranberry and a slight citric tang. Not very challenging. but not horrible.

No head, clear golden body. Nice but a bit sweet apple aroma. Apple in the flavor as well. Sweet with hints of sourness underneath. Very Strongbow-like. Good one, but won’t kill anybody.
