Jul 12, 2004 Updated: Dec 7, 2008[12 oz. bottle] I never heard of Hardcore Cider before which is partially the reason I tried it. Poured a semi-dark gold color with not much head. Very dry aroma of fermented apples and earthy notes. More dry and less sweet than American ciders. Reminded me of the only true European cider I ever had. Very earthy flavors of straw, dirt and fermentation. Quite good and surprisingly crisp.

Jun 23, 2004 Not bad really. A typical cider as far as my experience goes. Very pale golden, no head. Slight cidery funk in the nose. Lightly tart and somewhat flat. A refreshing summertime beverage if nothing else.

May 30, 2004 This has changed in its label and name. Mine was called Hardcore Premium Hard Cider. An alright cider that is slightly better than other macro ciders I have had. Pours with a bright, slightly reddish gold color. Aroma is granny smith apples and vinegar. The taste has a little vinegar sourness at the start. The finish is slightly sweet, but not as artificially sweet as other macro ciders.

May 10, 2004 Possibly the best cider I’ve had to date. Apple aroma and a golden appearance. Flavor is tart granny smith apples. This one is a little bit on the drier side. Not as sweet as many other commercial ciders. Crisp finish.
