Smells of strong yeast, bread, metal and a bit of apples. Light-bodied; Strong apple up front then quickly masked by metal and alcohol. Aftertaste very clean and refreshing. Overall, a nice offering that shows more of a bit than a traditional cider. Better for fans of strong beer to sample this one! I bought this twelve ounce bottle at Total Wine in Manassas, Virginia and sampled it on 27-November-2003. SavMan (10), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA

It does taste slightly hoppy, and is always refreshing. The mouthfeel is a little drier than I prefer, but otherwise, pretty good. A good light drink with a great kick. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 10, 2003 Smelled less like apples and more like a strong fermented wine. The taste was so-so, not anything to grab my attention. whiterabbit81 (244), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

Really tasted like apple cider fresh from the farm. This one has got it all. BückDich (4854), McCall, Idaho, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 27, 2003 This was really good even though I drank it after an IPA. It tasted like there were hops in it, but I know it was my palate readjusting. This was very sweet and sour, slightly carbonated and very good. WabashMan (815), Noblesville, Indiana, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 2, 2003 Head is initially small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly yeasty (dough), with a light note of apple. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Not bad for an American cider. Slick (1962), Thief River Falls, Minnesota, USA
