Jan 10, 2009 Bottle. Pours a nice golden yellow with a thin white head. Lots of carbonation. Looks like apple juice and tastes like apples. Aroma is of apples. A little tart. Has a good sweetness to it. Crisp, refreshing and almost too easy to drink.

Dec 31, 2008 Pours a greenish golden color with a small off white head. Tastes like very sugary apple juice with a dry finish. Slightly tart. Not bad but I think the sugar is the real dirving force in this brew. Medium finish.

Dec 23, 2008 Clear light apple juice yellow with a thin soda fizziness, dry tart apple juice aroma. Light metallic notes. Tastes are sweet simple red apple cider, apple juice with a slight drying tartness.

Oct 2, 2008 The color is orange-golden with a pleasant aroma of over-ripe apples. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of fresh, fermenting apples. It’s easy to drink, but could be more sour and it’s too watery.
