Aug 12, 2008 Bottle, 5.5%. Seemingly clear golden colour. Very small white head, leaving a little lace. The flavour is quite sweet but balanced by apple acid. Low carbonation. Quite good for a cider.

Jul 30, 2008 Bottle poured a clear gold with a minimal ring of white foam Aromas of apple, straw and a hint of vinegar. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a tart finish. Flavors of tart apples, light straw and a hint of honey with a crisp lightly tart finish.

Jun 12, 2008 The aroma is a little funky with tart apples and dirt. The appearance is pale gold with a tiny ring of bubbles. The flavor is like the aroma and not that good. The palate is thin but has some carbonation. Overall not good.
