[At Københavnske Øldage 2005] An orange cider with no head - and no kidding. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apples, while the flavor besides the sweetness and the apples has notes of wood.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Beautiful, clear fully golden with a small, vaguely creamy head. Fresh, lightly sour apple aroma. Distinct, lightly sweet apple notes. Nice harmony between sweetness and acid. 291005

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with note head. Mild acidic and slight phenolic apple aroma. Sweet apple flavoured with a light aspertam like note. Ends mild phenolic. Flat finish.

Bottle 355ml.
Clear medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate sweet apples, rubber notes, phenolic apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081121]

Bottle, 5.5%. Seemingly clear golden colour. Very small white head, leaving a little lace. The flavour is quite sweet but balanced by apple acid. Low carbonation. Quite good for a cider.

Bottled (had in 2006). Pale yellow colour with no head. Aroma is sweet apples, some wood and mild notes of plastic pipe. Flavour is rather sweet apples with quite a "bite" to it. Sparkling, but smooth carbonation.

(12oz bottle) Minimal white head atop crystal clear pale straw body. Aroma is moderately sweet, apple (mostly sweet, light tart), oak. Taste is medium sweet, slightly watered-down apple juice. Watery light body.
