From the barrel at GBBF. August 2006. Cloudy straw colour. Fragrant, fruity aroma, with a faint rubbery undertone. Sweet and fruity flavour. Plenty of alcohol here, although it isn’t too intrusive, Not much tannin, resulting in a smooth (but not soft) mellow mouthfeel.

At GBBF 2006. A hazy light yellow perry. The aroma is both sweet and acidic with strong notes of pears, while the flavor is more to the sweet side with strong notes of pears, and only a light acidity.

Polypin (GBBF 2006): Pale yellow flat. Hot alcohol and plastic in the nose. Great pear and grape flavours cover up the unsightly aroma. Not bad, but not great.

Draught (polypin). This was a nice perry. Very refreshing pear flavours. Juicy and lightly acidic/sour. Good balance, and pretty tasty i thought.

Bag in a box at GBBF 2006. Hazy gold with hints of silver. No head. Perry, vinegar aroma. Bit of sweetish pear juice. Bit of rubber. Good pear flavour. Dryish with residual fruit sweetness.
