Cask, Rugby Fest 06. Made from Foxwhelp and Redstreak apples. Aromas are sharp lemon, acidic, almost vinegar, with apple. Flavours are mouth puckering lemon. Hints of caramel lurking in the background. Lightly woody. Tart but still very drinkable. Very dry on the finish. Quite addictive.
