Extremly neutral beer...ok carbonation and a light fruity sweetness, no hobs equals no bitterness, but the malty sweetness is so vague that it isnt really needed i guess... Glazed9884 (207), USA

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | May 26, 2007 Pours yellow and clear with a fully receding white head. Aroma of sweet sticky malt, typical East-Euro maltiness. Taste is also typical of these lagers, sticky sweet malts, musky lager yeast, unclean fermentation with industrial byproducts. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied and slightly sticky with aggressive carbonation. Why do we get the worst east Euro lagers in the states? Surely there is good beer in the land of Poles. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 19, 2007 Sweet dark syrup malt aroma. Rusty gold, crazed Polish hillbilly on the label, armed with an adze. Watch out! Big head on initial pour. Moderately sweet, a bit tangy, fairly astringent, grahamy notes. Finishes with a long muted bitterness. Pretty decent for $1.29. Picked up at Rosemont Liquors, Rosemont, IL.
