donteatpoop (112), Youngstown, Ohio, USA Jul 3, 2008 Pours a golden color with a finger of white head.
A light hoppy scent is present, but little else.
Tastes of hops and malts, nothing exceptional but certainly not bad.
The carbonation level seemed a little low to me, leaving the beer tasting a bit flat.
I could certainly down a few of these in a session, but I’d much rather have something else.

Edgekrusher (37), , USA Aug 29, 2008 I enjoyed this beer last night in bottles. It was decent but nothing to get excited about. Easy to drink a lot of. scooter_bub (168), Lander, Wyoming, USA Aug 27, 2008 Bottle. Pours a golen color with a decent, long-lasting, white head. Taste is of malt, hops, kind of sweet, with a bitter finish. Aroma matches the taste. I was impressed with this beer. It is fairly fulfilling, moderately priced and is pretty satisfying. I wouldn’t mind buying this one again. cloudstrife (25), Rochester, New York, USA Aug 27, 2008 12oz Bottle poured into glass. Golden in color with white head. LIght smell of alcohol. Nothing extremely notable/ Very easy to drink. Smooth on the palate. Overall a good beer, but nothing that puts it over the edge as an awesome beer. Great as a black and tan with Guinness. troopie (478), USA Aug 23, 2008 Bottle. Poured pale gold and with a foamy white head. Light but pleasant fruity aroma, Light malt flavour, crisp with a little bitterness. I think this uses real hop. Almost no finish. Still this is one of the better mass market lagers. Paul150 (12), , Georgia, USA Aug 22, 2008 Poured a golden color with a finger of head that lasted a little over a minute. Some lacing that remained most of the glass and pretty active carbonation. Had a slightly bitter first taste while there was little aftertaste lingering after I swallowed. I’m usually not a fan of the pale lager style, but this seemed to be a pale lager with a lot better of an overall taste than anything else in the genre I’ve tried. An extremely drinkable beer to boot.
