Well carbonated, yellow copper with some sediment. Nicely spiced, mild aroma. Smooth, malt/wheat dominated flavor. Some notes of nutmeg.

I had this one in the cellar for a while, it was due to drink! 100 barrel series.
Very Saison-esque golden/peachy with a pearly white head that didn’t last too long, but I’ll blame that on the fact that it’s a little aged.
Pickled ginger and peppermint aromas, then 3Vandoo nailed a good one: it smelled like Tiger Balm. Some orange rinds as well. More complex than I expected! Not particularly yeasty, but interesting nonetheless.
Still quite prickly on the tongue after all the time waiting patiently in my cellar, the yeast was a bit more present in the flavor, with a mild hop finish that made it quite refreshing, as a good saison should be. Well done!

hazy orange, whispy frothy white head, sweet lemon and ginger aroma, big body, lots of dry spiced flavor, nice lemon character, balancing earthy bitterness

Beer pours light amber with a decent sized head. It has notes of pepper and citrus on the nose. The palate shows notes of floral and citrus with a light finish of spices.

Bottle. Cloudy golden color, with a thin white head. Floral aroma, with some orange peel, pepper, earth and spice. Flavor dominated by pepper and herbs, with some malt in the background. too heavy on the spice.

Bottle brought to the Beerinator gathering. Pours is lemon orange with a small, well carbonated white head. Smells is light citrus, bready, and incrdibly spicey. Flavor follows suit with an very peppery, yeasty flavor that I did not care for. Sorry harpoon, but this sucks.
