Clear deep amber, thin white head, light sweet malt aroma, rich sweet malt flavor, a nice touch of carmel, almost a butterscotch, just enough hops to balance

Okay, it smells like a wet dog. It looked pretty, had a nice smooth mouthfeel...but it smells like a wet dog. The taste was ok...it was rich, but just wasn’t great. You ain’t missing much.

Pretty good irish ale, malty malts in the flavor and... yum. Don’t know why this is so low, I think they should recalculate.

Pours a reddish-orange color with a medium off-white head. Aroma of floral hops, with wheat and grain as well. Taste is malt with hops and grain coming in toward the end. A crisp, good, refreshing beer.

Bottle (12oz). Poured clear copper, decent off-white head. Sweet grainy aroma, floral stale hops - how is this "Irish"? Tastes of sweet grainy malt, floral hops, maybe a hint of vanilla . Light body, quick finish ---- ehhhh.

Poured from bottle. Gorgeous reddish amber color. with white head Hops and malt in the aroma. Hops come alive in the flavor, with vanilla, nut and malt as well. Aftertaste has that burnt malt flavor, which I like. Sligtht lacing. Impressive red ale that holds its own vs other Irish ales.

Bottle from Porterhouse; nose of caramel. spices, and a little vanilla note; Copper red color with a small beige head; flavor a little disappointing, some caramel grainess, and a little hop bitterness.
