Feb 12, 2009 Bottle. Pours a clear red with a small, sudsy looking head. Aromas are sweet with a little touch of spicy hops. Flavor is a kind of earthy and sweet maltiness with a little edge of pepper, ginger and grass. This is pretty simple, but pleasant enough.

Feb 11, 2009 purs a very clear redish rust with an orange hue. Medium white head. aroma is mildly hoppy slightly maly, but mostly diluted. Flavor is sweet malts reminicent of what I like to call a new england oktoberfest flavor. Whicj is weird cause its neither the style nor the season.

Feb 7, 2009 Had on draft in Troy, NY, was escalated down an irish trial for jigs and shamrocks. Flavor was solid but a more bountiful presence of hops would be nice.

Feb 1, 2009 Bottle, #453. Copper pour with pretty decent head. Malty aroma and flavor. Crisp finish. Nothing spectacular, but a good session brew.
