First of all, I don’t taste any cascades at all, maybe NW Goldings or EKG. Anyway, pours a clear amber/gold with fluffy lasting head. Nose is very floral and fruity, a touch metallic. Taste is super smooth and floral, clean bitterness that doesn’t drag. Pretty solid English style IPA, even if it’s from the US. Nice. lb4lb (2011), Austin, Texas, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 28, 2009 Pours a clear light amber color with a lasting white head. Smell is pleasant with piney hops. Taste is somewhat mild for an IPA, but not bad. Lightly malty with a mild hop bitterness. Pretty smooth with lightly floral and fruity hops. Seems like it be a good session IPA or beginner IPA for people interested but who might be averse to the bitterness. Still moderately flavorful and enjoyable. Decent beer with a medium body and normal carbonation. dkachur (2376), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA

It definitely has a caramel taste that finishes with the hops. Great commercial IPA to pick up from the local store. travita (1925), Frisco, Texas, USA
