Nov 22, 2007 From bottle : Pours a semi-hazy copper-yellow color with a small quickly deminishing frothy white head, that leaves a nice ring and decent lacing. A very nice floral hop aroma. Taste is pretty good, mainly hops..big suprise. Not much bitterness though, pretty smooth for a ipa, but its nice. Medium body with like i said a pretty smooth feel to it. A quite good ipa.

Nov 17, 2007 Pint glass from the tap at Amy’s in Easthampton, MA. Very nice tasting ale with a slight coffee flavor. Will dring it again the next time I see it on tap.

Nov 16, 2007 Great florally aroma and the hops jump to the forefront of both smell and taste. Nice color and a great head upon pouring and a nice finish. A nice IPA which is a good bang for the buck.

Une bière de couleur dorée, cuivrée avec un léger col.
Parfum de houblon léger.
Goût bien équilibré entre le sucre et l’amertume légère du houblon. Assez intense pour bien accompagner les fruits de mer. Léger sucre un peu céréalier, peut-être un peu de mais sans être déplaisant. Bouche légère, pétillante quoique un peu mince... Très bonne IPA.

Oct 30, 2007 12 oz bottle. Golden color. The aroma is sweetish and honeyish with flowery and black curranty hops. Malty, honeyish, minerally and somewhat hoppy flavor with notes of black currant. Fairly modest hoppiness for an IPA.

Oct 29, 2007 I love an IPA, and while this isn’t the best I’ve ever had, it’s damned good. My wife couldn’t drink it, so that tells me it’s probably too hoppy. However, I liked the floral finish. The head disappeared almost instantly.
